Apparelux and its platform (hereinafter referred to as “Platform”) facilitate direct communication between users, either through direct messaging or via the mobile application, without any intervention from Apparelux. We acknowledge the significance of privacy and the need to protect personal information. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and disclose information related to users of the Platform.
This policy also covers usage of Apparelux services and products on mobile devices, either through apps or mobile-optimized websites.
Unless stated otherwise, all capitalized terms not defined here carry the meanings assigned to them in the Platform’s Terms of Use. The contracting entity is Apparelux Private Limited (referred to as “Apparelux,” “we,” or “us”).

1.6 Your data includes Registration Information, Account Information, Activities Information, and Browsing Information, among others.

3.1 You agree that Apparelux may share your data with third-party service providers (such as data entry, promotions, product alerts, logistics, payment services, etc.) who are bound by confidentiality agreements and are only allowed to use your data for the specified purposes outlined above.
