1. Legality and User Eligibility
Users must be at least 15 years old and legally able to form binding contracts under applicable law to use the Apparelux platform.
2. Data and Privacy
Apparelux B2B may share user data with third parties, including financial institutions, for services related to the platform.
While Apparelux B2B strives to protect user data, they cannot guarantee complete security against unauthorized access, loss, or misuse.
3. Return and Cancellation
- Cancellation: Requests are only allowed before the order is confirmed by the seller.
- Returns: Eligible if damaged, defective, wrong item, missing parts, or not as described.
- Return Process: Buyers must raise a request within 7 working days of delivery, providing images/videos of the issue and shipping label details.
4. Other Important Terms
Feel the Touch Facility: Buyers are encouraged to inspect products before ordering.
No Commission: Apparelux does not charge commission for selling or buying products on the platform.
Negligible Returns: The rate of stock returns is considered negligible.
5. General B2B Terms & Conditions
- Delivery: Buyer is responsible for loading the goods at the delivery point and for storage/insurance costs.
- Claims: Must be made within a specified timeframe after delivery.
- Instalments: Deliveries in instalments are treated as separate contracts.
- Confidentiality: Both buyers and sellers must protect confidential information.
- Intellectual Property: Use of Apparelux trademarks and IP must not harm their reputation.
